Pre-diabetes is a condition in which blood  sugar levels are higher than  normal, but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes. Diabetes is an illness in which the body is unable to use the sugar from the food you eat. This results in too much sugar in the blood. High blood sugar levels lead to many health complications. Both of these conditions can drastically change your life.

Join us to learn how to best prevent and manage diabetes. Our programs are designed for people with Pre-Diabetes, Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes—whether they newly diagnosed or ready for a refresher course.
